Cancellation policy

Orders placed via the Rapscallion Soda Trade Portal constitute binding contracts. Customers are responsible for ensuring that orders submitted through their Trade account are accurate and authorised before completing checkout.

Order cancellations are not accepted once goods have been dispatched.

Requests to cancel an order before dispatch must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Rapscallion Soda reserves the right to decline cancellation requests at its discretion.

Where a cancellation request is approved, any costs already incurred (including packaging, preparation or courier bookings) may be deducted from any refund issued.
