Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene and food safety requirements, Rapscallion Soda does not accept returns of unwanted or surplus stock once it has left our warehouse.
Customers must inspect goods at the point of delivery. If a parcel shows signs of damage, delivery should be refused where possible.
If damage or a fault is discovered after delivery, Rapscallion Soda must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must provide their order number and clear photographs of the cans, packaging and parcel.
Product faults discovered later must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence of the issue.
All returns must be agreed in advance with Rapscallion Soda before any goods are returned.
Where the error is ours (damaged, faulty or incorrect items), Rapscallion Soda will cover the cost of return, replacement or refund where appropriate.
If a return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping and handling.
