We do not offer mixed cases for Trade customers. Each case contains a single flavour only.

Our minimum order quantity for pallet orders is 52 cases. We can fit either 20 cases per layer (up to 200 cases per pallet) or 26 cases per layer (up to 260 cases per pallet).

  • High-quality product images
  • Tasting notes and product descriptions

Can I sell your sodas online?

We do not allow any Trade customer to sell Rapscallion Soda online without our formal written permission.

Selling our products on third-party online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.

If you wish to sell our sodas through your own website or online store, you must obtain prior written approval from us. Please contact orders@rapscallionsoda.com or call 07388 335104 to request authorisation.

Any unauthorised online sales will result in immediate termination of your Trade account, withdrawal of supply, and may lead to further legal action being taken against you.

This policy exists to protect our brand, maintain pricing consistency and ensure our drinks are only sold through trusted and approved partners.

Do you offer special pricing for volume orders?

Yes. For orders over 52 cases (pallet orders), we offer special volume pricing.

How do payments work?

New trade accounts are set to Pro Forma (payment before dispatch).

We accept credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer.

We prefer to establish a relationship before offering credit terms. However, if you would like to request 30 day payment terms, please note this on the sign up form. This will need to be approved by our Managing Director.

What is the difference between the Core and Seasonal ranges?

Core Range (available all year):

  • Core_01 Ginga Ninja
  • Core_02 Burnt Lemon
  • Core_03 Dry Lime

Seasonal Range (made once a year in small batches):

  • Seasonal_01 Rhubarb: Released May to June
  • Seasonal_02 Strawberry: Released June to July
  • Seasonal_03 Cranachan: Released August to September
  • Seasonal_04 Blueberry: Released September to October

Each Seasonal soda is made only once a year when the fruit is at its peak in the UK, using British grown produce sourced in close partnership with our farmers.

*Please note Seasonal sodas often sell out quickly.

Can I try the sodas before placing a full order?

Absolutely. We understand it is always better to try before you buy.

Order a Taster Pack here, available at cost price.

You can choose between:

  • Core Range Case
  • Core and Seasonal Case (only includes seasonal sodas currently in stock)

We will reimburse the cost of your Taster Pack by providing a discount code for your first full order.

How are trade orders delivered?

Orders under 48 cases are delivered by DPD on a standard 48 hour service, Monday to Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.

To avoid delays or charges if an order is returned, please make sure your delivery details are correct and complete.

We strongly recommend:

  • Downloading the DPD app or creating an account on the DPD website
  • Uploading full address details and photos of your property
  • Adding a what3words location for accuracy
  • Checking that you are receiving all DPD notifications, texts and updates
  • Ensuring that the right preferences are in place, such as delivery to a neighbour, safe place or collection point if you may not be available

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information and preferences. Any charges from failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details may be passed on to the customer.

Orders over 52 cases will be dispatched on a pallet and delivered by Burns Express or another approved haulier. Standard delivery is kerbside only, Monday to Friday.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free shipping for standard delivery across the UK mainland.

A £5 surcharge may apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and other offshore locations.

Please check the DPD postcode guide before placing your order..

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday with a daily cut off time of 12pm.

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it and our DPD standard delivery is usually within 48 hours to UK mainland addresses.

For Trade customers in the UK mainland, we recommend placing orders by Wednesday 12pm to ensure same week delivery. This allows time to resolve any potential DPD delivery issues.

For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and other offshore locations, please allow 3 to 5 working days. Some postcodes in the Scottish Highlands are classified by DPD as outside of the UK mainland and may incur a £5 surcharge. You can check if your postcode is affected by visiting the DPD guide.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may take a little longer, as Mondays are the busiest day for us and the couriers.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

We cover the cost of one redelivery attempt if the first delivery is missed.

If both the initial delivery and the redelivery attempt are missed, please contact us immediately via orders@rapscallionsoda.com or call the office on 07388 335104, as any further delivery charges may be passed on to the customer.

If the fault is with the courier, we will not charge.

What happens with pre-sale stock?

We put products into pre-sale mode when we are launching a new Seasonal soda or if a Core Range soda is sold out.

If you purchase stock that is on pre-sale, your order will be held until the full order is ready for dispatch.

Dispatch times for pre-sale stock are always stated on the product listing, so you know when to expect your delivery.

Please note that dispatch dates may shift slightly if production is delayed by farmers or ingredients. The upside is that we only ever use fresh raw ingredients, but the downside is that nature can sometimes cause delays, so we always recommend ordering in advance.

Pre-sale stock is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

If you need help with a pre-sale order, please contact us via orders@rapscallionsoda.com or call 07388 335104.

This helps us reduce our carbon footprint and keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

What is the shelf life of your sodas?

Our Core Range sodas have a shelf life of 13 months from the production date and we make these on a weekly basis.

Our Seasonal Range sodas have a shelf life of 12 months from the production date. Because Seasonal sodas are only made once a year, the available shelf life may be shorter if stock is purchased several months after production.

All our sodas have a BBE (Best Before End). For example, if the best before date states November 2026, the product can be sold and consumed until the last day of November 2026.

All our drinks are made with our 100% Raw Ingredient Guarantee, which means no shortcuts, no concentrates and no artificial flavours.

What is your 100% Raw Ingredient Guarantee?

We stand by our raw approach. It is our promise to never rely on artificial ingredients or concentrates.

All our sodas are made from fresh fruit, raw ingredients and Scottish Water, carefully sourced and processed by hand at our Glasgow production site.

This is why our flavours change with the seasons and why our sodas taste fresh, natural and alive.

Are your sodas suitable for specific diets and allergens?

We actively avoid using any of the 14 major allergens in our products. The only exception is Seasonal_03 Cranachan, which contains oats.

Although we use certified gluten free oats, caution is always advised. Our founder Gregor is gluten intolerant himself, so you can trust we take this seriously.

Allergens are always listed clearly on our product labels in bold. Please check these before purchase. We also include allergen information with each product, either printed on the packaging or included separately.

If you need further details, please feel free to request a full Product Specification Sheet via orders@rapscallionsoda.com.

How should I store and serve the sodas?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best served chilled. Do not freeze cans.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.

If this is not the case, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you to make it right.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of unwanted or surplus stock once it has left our warehouse.

If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible. If you notice damage or a fault after accepting delivery, please contact us via orders@rapscallionsoda.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will need your order number and clear photos of the cans, the shipping label, the inner boxes and outer box, so that we can investigate. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or credit.

If a product fault is discovered later, please report it within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue.

All returns must be agreed with our team in advance. We cover the cost of return or replacement if the error is ours (damaged, faulty or incorrect items). If the return is requested for another reason, the cost may be the customer’s responsibility.

Do you charge late payment fees?

We like to keep things fair and simple. All invoices must be settled within the payment terms shown on your invoice. If payments are late, we follow the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Here is what that means:

  • Interest may be added at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
  • A fixed fee may be added to cover recovery costs:

£40 for invoices up to £999.99
    £70 for invoices between £1,000 and £9,999.99
    £100 for invoices over £10,000

  • For larger debts, we may also claim any extra reasonable costs

This applies to business to business invoices across the United Kingdom.

We would always prefer a quick chat to get things back on track. Late fees are very much a last resort. If you are having any difficulty with payment, please get in touch and we will do our best to work with you.
