Shipping policy
1. Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday with a daily cut-off time of 12:00 midday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time may be dispatched on the following working day.

During busy periods, seasonal peaks or high order volumes, same day dispatch cannot always be guaranteed. Customers are encouraged to order in advance.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Methods

Orders under 52 cases are shipped via DPD on a next working day service after dispatch, Monday to Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.

Orders of 52 cases and above are shipped on pallets via Burns Express or another approved haulier. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only, Monday to Friday.
3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is typically next working day after dispatch.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and other offshore locations may take 2 to 5 working days, depending on courier routing.

Delivery times may be longer during peak trading periods or if production delays occur with Seasonal products.

Delivery dates are estimates only and Rapscallion Soda shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, hauliers or circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for delivery when placing orders for time-sensitive events or promotions.
4. Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is free across the UK mainland.

A £5 surcharge applies for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other offshore locations.

Certain Scottish Highlands postcodes are classified by DPD as outside the UK mainland and may also incur a £5 surcharge. Customers can check their postcode against the DPD postcode guide here.
5. Missed Deliveries

Rapscallion Soda covers the cost of one redelivery attempt if the first delivery is missed.

If both the initial delivery and the redelivery attempt are missed, any further delivery charges may be passed on to the customer.

Rapscallion Soda will not charge customers where the fault lies with the courier.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

We recommend using the DPD app or website to upload address details, safe-place preferences, what3words locations and property photos to help ensure successful delivery.

Any charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be passed on to the customer.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once delivered to the address provided.
7. Pre-Sale Stock

If an order contains pre-sale products, the order will be held until the full order is ready for dispatch.

Dispatch dates for pre-sale stock are stated on the product listing but may change if production delays occur.
